The kids have found yet another cartoon love: Dora the Explorer. The "bad guy" character is Swiper the Sneaky Fox and Gregory has taken to acting out a common scene from the show. He plays Swiper and I'm Dora, and it goes like this:
Swiper (Gregory): I'm going to swipe your stuff!
Dora (me): Oh no! Swiper, no swiping! Swiper, no swiping!
Swiper: (sulks off) Oh man!
Now Emmie wants to join in on the action. Only her version is a much less common scene from the show:
Swiper (Emmie): I'm going to swipe your stuff!
Dora (me): Oh no! Swiper, no swiping! Swiper, no swiping!
Swiper: You're too LATE! HAHAHAHAHA!!
Which pretty much illustrates how my oldest two kids differ in personalities.
