Trick-or-Treat

Halloween was a blast this year (even if it was especially cold). Emmie Jane was a tiger--raargh!--and Gregory was an elephant. At first the kids were a bit hesitant:

But eventually we all got into it. One of the neighborhood families had a little pre-trick-or-treat-ing party. Gregory went to the party with his friend Zach (who, as you can no doubt tell, was Spiderman):

We all went to the party and enjoyed it very much--especially Emmie Jane:

But by far the best part of the night, for Gregory at least, was the actual trick-or-treat-ing. The first house was a scary one, and Gregory was, well, scared:

But after that one, he started to fully realize that if he went up to the house, they would give him candy! How cool is that?

Here's a video of Gregory. At the beginning of the first clip, he's staring at the scary house across the street. It left quite an impact on him! In the second clip, it's getting dark and he's getting tired. Still, a very fun night:

Aw, he's so happy by the end! Great blog videos, you guys! It looks like there are a lot of kids in the neighborhood, that must be nice.
