Gregory now has a partner in the back seat:

Gregory really does enjoy having a baby sister. Of course he really doesn't like that Meaghan can't pick him up, but other than that he's doing really well with it. Tonight, for example, he refused to go to sleep because he wanted to be downstairs with Mommy and Sister. That means between 8:30am and about 9:00pm, he slept for only 30 minutes. (That happened in the car while we waited for Meaghan and Emelia to be discharged from the hospital. Once Emelia was in the back seat with him, no more sleep.)
For her part, Emelia seems to be a sleeper. She spend a lot of her time sleeping. (Here she is right after we got home.)

We're a bit new at this, since Gregory was about three weeks further along, developmentally wise, when we took him home. He was bigger, stronger and stayed awake longer. But it's a great stage. She'll sleep on your chest for hours if you let her. And she's so beautiful and precious. We're all very happy.
