Zoo Time

The kids and I are spending a lot of time at both the Como Zoo and the larger Minnesota Zoo. I go to see the animals. Gregory and Emmie like the animals too, but Gregory is also highly interested in the monorail train. Emmie's prime interest is in the balls. I never appreciated how many balls were at the Como Zoo until last Saturday, when she pointed every single one out. Here are some pictures from the Minnesota Zoo.

This is the dolphin fountain outside the zoo. Greogory will be sad when they turn it off at the end of the month.


There are "kid tunnels" outside the meerkat exhibit. Now that Emelia is all grown up, she decided she can go through them too.
