Black eyes and missing teeth
Apparently Stephen was dreaming about Fight Club, because he gave himself a black eye in the middle of the night.
He handled it surprisingly well, crying for not more than 30 seconds, then going back to sleep. I wish I were like that.
And Gregory lost his first tooth.
