Christ is Risen!

Today ends a marathon of beautiful Holy Week and Easter church services. The kids were troopers attending long services past their bedtimes. (Not necessarily perfect angels but I couldn't expect that.) The older kids sat through the long midnight service last night, exhausted but not wanting to sleep. Then today, we returned to church to finish our celebration with the Agape service and Easter egg hunt. The kids loved the egg hunt, especially Stephen. Despite the amount of sugar consumed and the shocking lack of sleep, it was a wonderful day. Although I think Stephen will be very relieved to start sleeping in his own crib at bedtime this week.
