We got there just as the last ten or so balloons were filling up with air. Turns out that watching about five balloons lift off is just about optimal when you're a preschooler.
The highly-anticipated Energizer Bunny balloon and it's birthday cake balloon sidekick never left the ground. We're not quite sure why.
After the kids were done watching the balloons, we ate our dinner.
