Gregory stayed home with the babysitter for the midnight service Saturday. But early Sunday morning, he got an Easter basket:
He didn't hesitate one moment to pop the candy in his mouth, which was still wrapped. He found it much less palatable then he anticipated!
He liked it much better after I unwrapped it for him:
Emmie Jane was happy to put on her first Easter dress:
After buying it and putting it on her, Meaghan said, "Well, I finally got what I wanted when I was a little girl: a daughter to dress up in pretty dresses."
Gregory, on the other hand, didn't like his Easter outfit as much.
(Notice the stain on the two minute old sweater!)
We're going to take the kids in for Easter photos, but in the meantime, here was our attempts at family photos:
